New release of ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter v1.3.0 and ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter Plugin v1.3.0

We are happy to announce the new releases of ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter v1.3.0 and ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter Plugin v1.3.0
 
Main changes and improvements are as follows:

• New A to B conversion filters for all ZM-1 models, which are characterized by:
  • better equalization, targeting flat frequency response;
  • shorter impulse responses, leading to better transient sounds reproduction;
  • better spatial representation of the recorded scenes;
  • around +3 dB higher gain compared to previous filters.

​Other changes:

In ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter:

• fixed missing information about the type of normalization (SN3D or N3D) added to the file name when converting multiple recordings.

In ZYLIA Ambisonics Converter Plugin:

• when starting the plugin the default microphone model is set to ZM-1-3E now.
